With Chat rooms, you can connect with your community of listeners through our chat feature, fostering real time conversations and building stronger relationships!

Chat rooms can be created for specific groups and monitored from the dashboard. Follow these step by step instructions on how to create, monitor, and edit your chat rooms:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Create Chats

Step 1: To create a space for chats between listeners, you will first want to create a chat page. In the App module, select Pages from the side menu. Click the "Create Page" button and select "Chat".

Step 2: Locate the new Chat page in the app pages list and select the Edit icon.

Step 3: In the General settings, add your page name.

Step 4: Click on the Advanced tab. Here you can upload an image and side icon, and use the toggles to set the preferences for where you would like this chat to be accessible to your users. Once configured be sure to select "Save" in the top right corner. If you are ready for the page to be active, click the toggle for Page Enabled.

Manage Chats

Now that we have created a page for users to access the chats, let's explore how to further edit the chat rooms.

Step 1: In the Marketing module, select Monitor and Chat. Here you will see all current chat rooms. To create a new chat room, select "Add Chat Room".

Step 2: Enter the details of your chat room: Name, Description, and select any groups that this chat room is specifically for. If you select "None", the chat room will be open to all listeners.

Step 3: Now that your chat room is created, you will see it in the list of current chat rooms. In the Actions column, you may edit details related to the chat room including the members, group chat messages, delete the chat room, and edit the settings (Name, description, and group).

Congratulations! The chat room is set up and ready for listeners to connect with one another.
