How to create an event.

Keep everyone informed about upcoming events through a calendar feature that allows easy access to dates, times, and details.


Create an Events Page

Step 1: First, you will need to create an Events app page. In the App Module, select Pages from the side menu. Click the "Create Page" button.

Step 2: Select "Events" from the Connect section. If you already have an Events page in the app pages list, click the edit icon to customize the page.

Step 3: Under General settings, enter the Page Name and Feed Type.

Step 4: Click on the Advanced tab. Now upload an image and icon. You can also toggle whether the page appears on the website, is private, or has the Listen Live feature display while on the page. Once you have configured your Events page, click the "Save" button.


Adding Events


Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Marketing module in the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select Events, All Events, and Add Event

Step 3: Now you will want to enter all information relevant to your event - title, a graphic, description, dates & times, location, cost, etc.

Note: Any non-required fields will not show on the front facing event page that people will see on your app or website.

Step 4: At the very bottom of the page, you can select Publish Later and select a time and date you would like the event to be published

or

Leave the default to Publish Now and select Save to publish your event.

When you Publish your event, it will go live on your App & Website immediately.
