Keep everyone in the loop by creating a news feed that covers all the exciting things happening in your organization! Adding a post to your News Feed allows you inform your users about news, upcoming events, giving campaigns, and more.

Users can subscribe to News Feed notifications, or they can regularly check the feed to get the latest news!

Step 1: First, you will want to make sure you have added a "Feed" page to your app! To do so, go to the App Module, and select Pages from the Features menu. Click the Create Page button, and then click on News Feed to create a page for you news feed.

Step 2: Now that you have created the Feed page, you may configure the page's General and Advanced settings. In General settings, enter the Page Name. Also, you can toggle the Page Enabled to activate your page, when ready.

Step 3: Click on the Advanced tab. Here you can upload an image and icon, toggle whether the page appears on the app, website, or both, make the page private, or Remove the Listen Live feature. Once you have configured your Feed page, click the Save button.

Step 1: On the dashboard, select the Marketing module, select Monitor, then select News Feed. Select Add News

Step 3: Select the Type, add a Title, add a Description, and Pin to Top. Select Save

To view your announcement go to the App module, select Navigation, then the Side Menu tab. Click the eye icon to activate it for the Side Menu in the app.

On your app preview, select the Side Menu icon and you will see the Feed app page is now in the side menu!

Now listeners can view your announcements!
