Radio Base provides you with easy to use tools to monitor user interactions. As listeners view your posts on the News Feed, they may leave comments or questions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Select the Marketing module and select Monitor in the Features menu. Click on News Feed from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Within the News Feed page your editing buttons will be in the action column. From here you can edit, view, and delete posts, likes, and comments made on the newsfeed
The Edit (pencil icon) button will allow you to change the text or picture within any and all posts
The Delete (trashcan icon) button will allow you to delete posts, likes, or comments
The Comment (word bubble icon) button will allow you to view comments made on a post. You will also be able to delete unwanted comments after selecting this icon
The Like (thumbs up icon) button will allow you to view who has made likes on a post. You may also delete unwanted likes after selecting this icon.
