How to create Groups in your People module.

Create groups of people to connect and share updates with specific people within your community. Groups are a great way to organize your users!


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the People module in the dropdown menu. Select Groups.

Step 2: Here you will see a list of all the Groups that you have created for the station. In the top right corner select Add Group to create a new group.

Step 3: Add the applicable information for your Group including the name, location, frequency, group admin, state, date & time, and an image for the group!

Step 4: After creating the group, select the Group's name from the list of Groups. Select Add Member to Group and select from the list of People in your Station. Here you can also see all of the members in your group and Remove members, if necessary.

Step 5: After your group is created and members have been added, you can contact them by emailing and sending an SMS text message to everyone listed in the Group.
