Password protected pages allow you to make your app pages private so that only users with a password may have access to those pages. You will be able to set your app pages to private so that sensitive information is not available to every user or so that only certain groups have access to certain pages. Only users with the correct password may view the protected page contents.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the App module in the dropdown menu. Select Pages.

Step 2: Select the edit icon next to the page you would like to password protect.

Step 3: Click on the Advanced settings tab and scroll down and select the toggle labeled "Private". The setting is turned on when the bar turns red.

Step 4: Once you have made the page private, select which groups will be able to view the page and set a password for the page.

Now, when users attempt to access the password protected page, they will be prompted to enter the password.
